Commercial premises are located on the ground and first floors in two levels. On the second and subsequent floors, the project envisages the arrangement of living space. There are parking lots for the residents' cars in the underground and partially in the basement. The accepted floor heights are 3.3 m, parking lots are 3.0 m each. Apartments on 4-5 floors are designed on two levels (penthouses).
